
Relationships with our candidates
are based on certain core ideals: integrity, honesty, trust, and
consistent communication. Candidates/contractors of TekStaff are
treated equal to our in-house staff. If our candidates are happy
with the way they are treated, they perform better at the client
sites. Upon award of a contract, TekStaff
produces a contract along with open discussions of pay and bill
rates. This communication allows candidates to be certain that they
are receiving the due rate for their services. We also provide straightforward
contracts, many payment methods and frequency. TekStaff never holds
back pay cheques. Payments are made within 3 business days after
submitting a timesheet and invoice via direct deposit.

Your resume will not be sent
to any client without your consent. You will be contacted for each
submission to verify that your background meets the requirements
for the position, that you are interested in the position and that
you are available. We never submit a resume without the candidates'
approval.
When we have a position that
meets your qualifications, and an initial screening has been done,
the next step is to set up a telephone and/or personal interview.

If selected, your recruiter will contact you with an interview with
the client. Interview preparation will then be provided along with
feedback upon completion.
