Business Development Manager

  • Outlook for potential new clients

  • Plan approaches and pitches

  • Build relationships with new clients

  • Educates client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process

  • Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

  • Works closely with Account Managers to ensure an understanding of the overall needs and requirements of the jobs. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
