Senior Recruiter

Works closely with Account Managers to understand overall needs and requirements (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

Search potential candidates through resume banks

Seek referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires

Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Contact potential candidates for pre-screening and interview via email and cold calling

Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process

Assign jobs to Jr. Recruiters (including key words)

Screen resumes submitted by Jr. Recruiters

Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting

Close candidates for submission
