Senior Recruiter

  • Works closely with Account Managers to understand overall needs and requirements (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)

  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

  • Search potential candidates through resume banks

  • Seek referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires

  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates

  • Contact potential candidates for pre-screening and interview via email and cold calling

  • Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process

  • Assign jobs to Jr. Recruiters (including key words)

  • Screen resumes submitted by Jr. Recruiters

  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting

  • Close candidates for submission
